Working principles of two-fluid dry fog humidifiers

Two-fluid dry fog humidifier is an advanced humidification equipment. It utilizes two-fluid spraying technology to evenly spray water mist particles into the air to achieve humidification, dust removal, and cooling effects. So, how does a 2-fluid dry fog humidifier work?

Components of a two-fluid dry fog humidifier

Mainly composed of nozzles, pumps, control valves, water tanks and atomizers. The nozzle is the core component of a 2-fluid dry fog humidifier that atomizes water molecules into tiny water mist particles.

Working principles of two-fluid dry fog humidifiers

Once the water in the tank enters the pump through the control valve, the pump will deliver the water to the atomizer. In the atomizer, water molecules are atomized into tiny water mist particles which are sprayed evenly into the air through the nozzle. When these water mist particles meet the air, they quickly absorb the heat in the air, which turns them into water vapor. This process not only increases the humidity of the air, but also reduces its temperature. At the same time, because the water mist particles are so small, they can be suspended in the air for a long time, which keeps the humidity and temperature of the air evenly distributed.

In addition to humidification and cooling effect, two-fluid dry fog humidifier can also play a role in dust removal. When water mist particles encounter dust in the air, they attach to the dust and make it fall. In this way, it can reduce the dust content in the air effectively and improve the air quality.
