What are the nozzle structures?

Different nozzle structures will lead to differences in processing efficiency and nozzle service life. Reasonable nozzle structures enable abrasives to obtain high speeds, which is a necessary condition for improving processing efficiency and reducing costs. From the advent of nozzles to a long period after that, cylindrical Nozzle structure, so far, the nozzle structures developed at home and abroad are various. The inside of the fuel nozzle is equipped with an electromagnetic coil, an iron core and a needle valve integrated with the iron core. Commonly used nozzle structure types and characteristics are shown in the table below.

1. Cylindrical straight hole nozzle structure
It has two functions of spray gun and nozzle. It has a simple structure and can be directly replaced by seamless steel pipe or drilled on the material. However, the life of the nozzle is short, and it is mostly used in occasions that do not require high sandblasting treatment.

2. Conical nozzle structure
This type of nozzle structure has a conical inlet for flow diversion and a straight section for clustering. It is relatively easy for abrasives to enter the nozzle, and the distribution of abrasives on the nozzle section is more uniform than that of cylindrical nozzles.

3. Special nozzles
The structure is complex, and it is generally used in special occasions, such as sandblasting of the inner wall of the pipeline.

4. Combined nozzle structure
Materials with different properties are designed at the nozzle inlet, outlet and middle parts, and the materials of each part are assembled into a nozzle by mechanical combination. The combined nozzle is designed with high hardness ceramics or other resistant The middle part of the nozzle can be designed as high-toughness metal or other materials. The combined nozzle can meet the different requirements of the nozzle inlet, outlet and middle part on the erosion resistance and wear resistance, and improve the erosion resistance of the nozzle to a certain extent. Wear ability, but compared with the integral structure nozzle, two or more materials need to be prepared, and related processes such as assembly are increased.
