Design Features:
1. Ultra-purity
Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) is a natural, high-purity material without pigments. KY nozzles are made of PVDF, so the processing environment can be kept highly purified, and it is especially suitable for production processes that require high purity.
2. High temperature resistance
The heat-resistant temperature of KY nozzle can reach 148℃ under 7kg pressure, which is very suitable for the development, washing, electroplating, etching, film removal and other production processes in the manufacture of printed circuit boards (PCB).
3. Corrosion resistance
PVDF has excellent chemical corrosion resistance, KY nozzle can effectively spray various chlorides, acid base, base or amine etchant, and has excellent anti-aging performance
