When you need accurate spraying, moisturizing, and preservatives, the 2205-A automatic spray control system is a very ideal choice with two types of air atomization and electric/pneumatic hydraulic pressure. When the long original automatic spray control system is used, the precise spray control can achieve automatic flow adjustment control according to the changes in the production line
Fluid connection
The fluid connection should be connected with an appropriate 1/8 “pipeline. If metal accessories are used, appropriate thread sealing agents should be applied on the thread before assembly. For those applications that need to be recycled, two 1/8” pipelines are provided with “1/8” pipelines. Connect the port. If you don’t need to circulate again, you should use the 1/8 “” 1/8 “tube provided by each unit to block one door.
Electrical connections
The electrical pipeline connection of the pipeline connecting parts accepts 1/2 “NPT (M) of the NPT version. The pipeline must protect the cable from being damaged by mechanical damage and terminate in a sealing shell or wiring box suitable for dangerous positions. EX-D rated cable cover. Working principle
When the coil is powered on, the magnetic field is formed.
