Cleaning principle: The cleaning system is an automated system for cleaning production equipment. It can efficiently clean the inside of the equipment without dismantling the equipment. 1. Reactor diameter 1200mm, height 1300mm
2. The internal slurry is relatively thick, reaching 20~35mm thick. When cleaning with 360A, it is easy to peel off large pieces of slurry on the surface, resulting in blockage of the discharge port.
3. The cleaning pressure is 5Bar, the flow rate is 50L/min, and the cleaning time is about 50 minutes
4. Cleaning liquid medium: pure water (deionized water)

Problems with cleaning:
1. There is a stirring rod inside the reaction kettle. The surface facing the nozzle can be 100% cleaned, but the back cannot be cleaned normally. The connecting rod of the nozzle is changed to a retractable one, and the angle can be adjusted in the tank at will. The places that cannot be cleaned reach into the back for cleaning.
2. The customer reported that the water consumption is too high. It is recommended to add filtration in the ton bucket, and the liquid in the bucket is cleaned in a circular manner, and finally rinsed.
3. Because the customer has not cleaned it for a long time, the slurry attached to the inside of the tank is relatively thick, and the pressure is relatively high during cleaning, which will easily cause large pieces of slurry to fall off and block the sewage outlet.
The nozzle can be rotated and angle adjusted, and it can go deep into the other side of the stirring rod to clean again, which can avoid the current situation of unclean cleaning.
